Timing Fail

The time to ask me if I want to sign up for your phone service is NOT when I have called you to complain that my cable and internet are not working.

Hopefully my service will be back today (I'm typing this at work); someone's supposed to come by after I get off work. If they don't show up (or I get stuck in traffic or something and miss them) I'll have to wait until Friday. That would suck because I'd miss the two shows I really follow (Law & Order and Supernatural). The woman I spoke to last evening thinks one of my neighbors canceled their services and mine got shut off by mistake. She did say she'd give me a discount on my next bill for the inconvenience though.
