I've been trying for a while to get my car insurance switched from an agent in PA to an agent in GA. You'd think that would be easy enough, but it just finally happened a few days ago. Today in the mail I got a bunch of information from my new agent here about my policy. I was afraid included with that information would be a bill. I already paid my insurance (to my PA agent) last month, but I wouldn't put it past the company to try to get me to pay again. To my delight I found, instead of a bill, a check! Apparently my insurance here is a bit cheaper than it was in PA. The check is not for very much, but it's much preferable to having to call and dispute a bill. Every little bit helps.
In other news Lyre goes to the vet tomorrow for a check up. I will post later about what the surgeon tells me.
