I was at Target earlier, and there was a woman standing outside trying to sell and adorable little kitten. I wanted to take it home so badly! There were a couple things that stopped me though. The obvious is that there are better places to get a cat than from a random person outside Target. There's also the fact that I have no litter box, food bowls, litter, food, or other things a cat needs. I will get a cat (or two) in the next couple weeks, but from an animal shelter.
I was also amused by what happened when I was getting gas. A guy pulled up and asked if I wanted the small dent in the front of my car fixed. I told him no. That dent is not a big deal, and I don't want to spend the money to have it repaired. It's been there for a few months. Even if I did want to get it fixed though, I would not go with some random person who asked me about it in a gas station. I have to wonder how many customers he actually gets with that approach.
