I drove around today for almost 30 minutes looking for a place to park for work. The staff lot designated for people working on game days - full. The other lot which I have always parked in before - full. And everywhere else I tried was full or they would have charged me money whether I was going to the game or not. I am now at work, but I had to park illegally. At this point I don't even care if I get a ticket or not. Although if I do end up with a ticket I'm asking my supervisor if there's any way the library will pay it for me. This is madness. Football is not the most important thing in the world, despite what Vols fans seem to think. I would like Tennessee to beat LSU today, but I am not going to be crushed if we lose. People, if football is really that important, so out and play it yourselves instead of watching others play!!

[edit] I just realized this is the last hme football game I have to deal with! The next two are away games, and the one after that is the Saturday after Thanksgiving when I will be in PA. Woo hoo!!
