Packing Update

The packing is coming along well, I believe. I have one medium sized suitcase and one small totebag that will be my checked baggage. The suitcase is close to full, but there's room left in the totebag, which is good; I foresee myself bringing back suvenirs. I have all the clothes that I'm bringing packed, and today I packed some other things. My travel journal which I started keeping last summer, which also doubles as my personal journal while I'm away. Some books for the plane rides and any downtime when I might want to read. My gameboy (with really old games - Tetris and the first Mario Brothers!) in case I get *really* desparate on the plane ride. Then there's my camera, extra batteries for it, my address book, sunscreen, and stuff like that. I also have a list of things that need to get packed Sunday before I leave - toochbrush, toothpaste, passport, etc. I really don't think I'd forget any of the last minute stuff, but a list never hurts. It's almost time!
